Ingredients
10 Green Chili
Mehran Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Fennel Powder
1 tbsp Mehran Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Mehran Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Whole Red chili (Crushed)
1 tbsp Dried Pomegranate Seeds
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
1. In a bowl, add salt, fennel powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, whole red chili, Dried Pomegranate Seeds, olive oil and mix it well. Mixture is ready.
2. Place the cut on Green chili and let the seeds out.
3. Now stuff it with prepared mixture.
4. In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, stuffed green chilies and fry until light brown.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
